Camelia is an apartment located in an independent villa which consists of a total of 3 apartments with private entrance. The villa is situated in Marina de Castagneto, Tuscany, an area of sandy dunes and pine forests. It is a beautiful area with a great variety of plants and flowers, and paradisiac beaches. There are a great range of activities to do to enjoy the area, including visiting the nearby touristic places of Firenze, Pisa, Volterra or San Gimignano. There is a thermal swimming pool open the entire year in Venturina, at 25 km.

Interior
This 50 m2 apartment is located in the ground floor and it has a private terrace of 50m2. It consists of a spacious living-dining area with a large table for 6 people and an open kitchen. There is also a double sofa bed which can be converted into 2 single beds (the third guest sleeps in this sofa bed, and an extra person could use the other one on request –see rates below-).There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Therefore the price covers 3 people (one sleeps in sofa bed) and there is the possibility to pay extra for a 4th guest(sofa bed) There is a baby cot included in the rental price. The apartment has a door which connects to an adjacent apartment for up to 6 people (see Buganvillea for rates and availability).
Exterior
The villa is enclosed in an area of 1200 m2, with private garden. The private terrace is furnished with a stone table for up to 6 people and 2 sun beds. There is a barbecue and an iron pergola with curtains to enjoy pleasantly the fresh air. There are parking facilities.
