This apartment is located in a building on the promenade “Viale Italia” No. 17 / D, in the center of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. It is located on the third floor in a building with an elevator and where you can find small shops and restaurants on the ground floor.
The apartment is 50 m2 and enjoys two balconies with stunning sea views. This is the perfect place for those who love to stay at the sea. Because of its location facing the sea, you have a wonderful feeling of being on a cruise.
The entrance leads to a small corridor with four doors: one on the left, one to the right and two in front of the entrance. To the left is a large bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, washing machine and a window overlooking the sea. The door in front and to the left opens into a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot. Here is a large built in closet with iron and an ironing board and a dresser. From this room there is access to a balcony which is south facing and is equipped with table and chairs. The door straight and to the right leads to the dining room where there is a dining table, satellite TV and to sofa bed. The small kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. From here there is access to the apartment’s second balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the bay Baratti and Populonia and in the horizon you can glimpse the Tuscan Archipelago and Corsica. This balcony is equipped with table, chairs and a parasol. The last door leads to apartment Murex, which can be rented together with Nautilus.
In the winter months there is the possibility of heating, while in the summer months it is possible to use the air condition. Between the building and the beach there is a private yard, where there is space for parking a car.
Right outsite the door, you will find the beach, which can be used freely. To the north is “Bagno”, where you can rent loungers and parasols, in the south are a hotel where you can use their pool and facilities against payment.
You have access to the beach from the basement of the building, and here you will also find an outdoor shower.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
