The farmhouse consists of three apartments and it is located on top of a hill, in the middle of a wonderful landscape, typical of Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, located only 2 km from the center of the historical village of San Gimignano. San Gimignano is a beautiful medieval village, famous for its towers. Thanks to its location, the villa offers a spectacular view of the surroundings and the towers, and also a pleasant and light breeze, even in the summertime. This is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature.

Interior:
The apartment is located in the ground floor is tastily decorated in a rustic style. It consists of a spacious living-room area with an open fully equipped kitchen, TV and WIFI. There is a double sofa be which can accommodate 2 children under the age of 12 years (see rates below). There is a large and comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A baby cot is available and included in the rental prize.

Exterior:
You can enjoy from panoramic views of the area from any part of the site. There is a big communal swimming pool and garden furniture to relax comfortably and enjoy the Sun. There is also a BBQ and parking facilities
