This beautiful house consists of three apartments and is situated on a hill in the country side. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, located only 3 km from San Gimignano, Tuscany. San Gimignano is a beautiful medieval village, famous for its towers. Thanks to its location, the villa offers a spectacular view of the surroundings and the towers, and also a pleasant and light breeze, even in the summertime. The villa has been restored recently, but it preserves the style of old times. All apartments are furnished in a rustic but comfortable style. It is a perfect resort for a relaxing holiday.
Interior:
The apartment offers a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room, one double bedroom and two big bathrooms with shower. The living room has a dining area, two sofa bed (which leads to the possibility of a max. occupancy of 4 -see rates below-), TV and WIFI internet connection. A small private terrace belongs to the apartment and is furnished with a table and chairs.
Outdoor:
The large garden is nicely maintained and offers a beautiful view. The communal pool (14m x 6m) is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds where you can relax. There are private parking facilities, a laundry room and a barbecue. It is possible to rent mountain bikes.
Extras (to be paid upon arrival):
There is a deposit of 100 € on arrival.
The final cleaning is obligatory and costs 30 €.
Optional extras (to be paid on site)
An extra bed costs 10 € per night(sofa bed).
The washing machine is available at: 3 € per wash.
